Electrical Tutor / Assessor / IV

An opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Trainer / Assessor / IV to join our busy and friendly team in our state-of-the-art Training Centre in Cardiff.

The ideal candidate will have extensive industry expertise with teaching / assessing experience in a Training Centre or College environment, however, training could be provided to the right candidate.

This could be a full-time permanent position with the opportunity for progression, or would suit someone who would like a part-time position on a self-employed basis.

You would be enthusiastic and have a can-do approach to delivering training. You will be aware of Health and Safety matters, however, training can be provided.

Duties include:

✅ Training new to industry candidates and already qualified candidates looking to add to their skillset with theory and practical classes.

✅ Provide support and guidance to the learners.

✅ Be involved in staff meetings to enhance the learners’ experience and improve facilities at the Training Centre.

✅ Ensuring your administrative duties (including but not limited to assessment marking) are up to date.

Personal and trade skills:

► Level 3 Electrical qualifications

► Inspection & Testing

► 18th Edition BS7671

► Photovoltaic

► Battery Storage

► EV Car Charging Points

► Any other electrical qualifications

► Computer literate

► Good organisational skills
