DESCRIPTION
Level 3 PAT Testing (level 3 | two days)
The level 3 course is equivalent to City & Guild’s (C&G) 2377-77 EET Course. We run the EAL equivalent “In-Service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment“.
This award gives the learner an understanding of the theory and practice of the in-service inspection and testing of electrical equipment; commonly referred to as PAT testing (Portable Appliance Testing).
PREREQUISITES
Learners must be at least 16 years old. There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification. However, learners must have the potential to achieve all aspects of the qualification. In particular, learners should be able to demonstrate that they have the minimum levels of literacy and numeracy required for the completion of the learning outcomes and the assessments.
